Recently I had an interesting chat with one of our Class 4 students.  He has this license up his sleeve preparing for a possible career change.  He said one of his mates mentioned he needed help from someone with a Class 2.  He was quick to offer his services knowing he could help.  He said it felt exceptionally good to be able to lend a hand to a mate who has been so generous to him of late and making use of his truck license just felt right.  He told me the positive energy felt like it completed the circle of one good deed, returned with another between good mates.

I get such a kick out of hearing how these licenses positively affect people’s lives. Even though this guy is not a permanent truck driver, he has been able to return the favour to his mate simply by having the required license tucked in his back pocket.  I can only imagine how good this will make him feel when he is behind the wheel.  I have been told in the past, being able to drive Heavy Transport vehicles is like a childhood dream come true. I am sure this will be the case for him too.
